Many of our speakers, vendors, and attendees have contacted the organization with legitimate concerns with the growing epidemic of COVID-19, and while we were sure we could address these appropriately just this morning, recent recommendations from our governor to avoid large gatherings, coupled with further assessment of the mounting risks that a conference of this magnitude would incur, have led the Conference Committee to make the difficult decision to postpone our annual conference.
Currently, we are working with Mohegan Sun to find a suitable alternative date, and will announce this as soon as it becomes available. Please note that although we cannot process refunds for this postponement, all registration fees will be credited for the upcoming conference date. For those with hotel room reservations at Mohegan Sun, your booking will be cancelled with no fee.
We are very sorry to inconvenience you, and hope you know that this decision was not made lightly. Thank you for understanding and patience with us as we work through the uncertainty and stress of this public health crisis, and for your continued support of CNPA!
